The Implementation Project Manager leads enterprise-scale deployments of FourKites’ supply chain visibility platform, driving program delivery from contract signature through hypercare and handoff. This role is accountable for timelines, budgets, risks, cross-functional coordination, and executive-level stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption across complex logistics environments. The manager partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver measurable ROI and operational improvements for Global 1000 customers.
