About this role
The role is the key delivery partner to the Chief Client Officer, governing the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and reactivate clients across partner clinics. The post-holder will turn strategy into measurable outcomes, ensure initiatives are delivered to time, budget and quality standards, and provide senior-level reporting and insights up to Board level.
