Responsibilities

• Lead planning and development of project deliverables
• Manage project budget, work plan, and procedures
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and project team
• Serve as primary point of contact to client agency
• Ensure jobsite meets OSHA standards and safety protocols
• Develop and maintain construction CPM schedules
• Prepare and update project construction schedule
• Review and approve material and subcontractor invoices
• Prepare, review, and submit Requests for Information and Change Orders
• Control material deliveries and Production schedule
