LRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead late-stage development, construction, and commissioning of utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, wind, and battery storage. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and tracking financial milestones across complex project lifecycles. This position requires significant travel to project sites across North America to monitor construction and facilitate solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams through project construction and commissioning phases
Oversee contractor and supplier contractual obligations and change orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project site safety plans
Manage project budgets, cashflow needs, and financial workstreams
Track and report on project milestones, issues, and action items

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business ManagementOSHA 30-Hour qualification preferredExperience managing construction QA/QC programs on renewable energy projects
