About this role

As a Project Manager on the Customer Success Implementation team, you will lead large-scale enterprise software implementations of the AlayaCare platform for clients globally. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing project timelines, scope, risks, and budgets to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. This role requires collaborating across internal teams and external customers to drive high-quality outcomes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale software implementations
Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with internal and external stakeholders
Build and manage project plans, schedules, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
Track deliverables and communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership and customers
Manage project budgets by monitoring actuals against estimates and handling scope changes
