Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the design, construction, and fit‑out of a hotel development on‑site in Kiên Giang, Vietnam, managing budgets, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder coordination. The role includes leading weekly meetings, contract negotiations, procurement of FF&E and OS&E, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and health, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
