Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager leads construction projects from preconstruction through design coordination, bidding, construction, closeout, licensing, and final turnover, primarily for senior‑care, healthcare, multifamily, and other residential‑style commercial buildings. The role involves managing financial, contractual, and administrative aspects while collaborating with superintendents, owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
