Project Manager

This role involves owning a portfolio of vendor engagements for a high-volume UX Research organization, managing the process from initial intake through contract execution, purchase order issuance, and invoicing. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for researchers, proactively following up with stakeholders, identifying blockers, and ensuring timely progress across more than 700 annual research projects. Success in this position requires strong ownership, independent problem-solving, and the ability to communicate status and risks effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
