Project Manager

This role involves managing construction projects from onset to completion, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation of project updates and changes. The position requires strong negotiation skills to establish purchasing plans and make timely decisions during the buyout process. Additionally, the role supports the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules and facilitates meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
