Project Manager

This role leads end-to-end project management for Tier-1 OEM customers, overseeing initiatives from project initiation through FATP ramp-up and mass production. The position serves as the primary customer interface, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program execution and client alignment. Responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations, driving NPI readiness, and optimizing cost structures across FATP programs.
