Project Manager

The Project Manager leads and coordinates the successful execution of packaging automation projects from quote through completion, owning project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and customer communication. Serving as the central point of contact, the role involves guiding projects through their full lifecycle, proactively managing risks and changes, and facilitating solutions to technical challenges. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes to effectively interpret technical requirements and keep teams aligned around project goals.
