Project Manager

A growing vertically integrated multifamily developer and general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale apartment and residential construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The role involves managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, and overall financial performance for developments ranging from smaller urban projects to 200–480+ unit communities. The ideal candidate will have strong ground-up multifamily experience, with podium construction preferred, and the ability to take full ownership of project delivery.
