Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee apartment community construction projects ranging from $15M to $50M, managing the entire lifecycle from bid and award through pre-construction, construction, and close-out. This role involves coordinating with architects, designers, owners, and field teams while managing budgets, schedules, and subcontracts. The ideal candidate has documented experience running multifamily projects of 3+ stories and is comfortable working independently at both corporate offices and active project sites.
