Project Manager

The Project Manager builds long-term customer relationships and serves as the primary point of contact throughout the job lifecycle, from estimating and proposal writing to contract negotiations and project execution. This role requires collaboration with branch and field personnel, owners, GCs, and other trades to ensure profitable projects that meet schedule and quality commitments. The position involves identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing project controls in a fast-paced environment.
