This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end project plan and coordinating between HCLTech workstreams and Americold to resolve blockers and defend the go-live date. The position involves managing cutover planning and the go/no-go decision process in coordination with Americold stakeholders. Additionally, the role drives template governance from the first site onward to capture lessons learned and update the rollout playbook for improved efficiency.
