The Project Manager serves as the owner's representative for new-build commercial retail development projects across Ontario and Eastern Canada, overseeing the full project lifecycle from due diligence to closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and construction execution while ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
