Project Manager

This role provides full project leadership and accountability for end-to-end construction project delivery, representing the project team and resolving complex execution, stakeholder, and risk-related issues. The position oversees the successful delivery of construction projects by providing advanced knowledge of construction activities, methodologies, and industry standards. It involves managing and developing the full project team, including project engineers and assistant project managers, through coaching, feedback, and performance oversight. The role ensures efficient project execution by monitoring team progress, analyzing project performance, and owning project financials, contract administration, and risk management to achieve financial targets and mitigate risk.
