Project Manager

This role involves the planning, specification, procurement, and delivery of various planned work projects and maintenance contracts for Council assets. The position requires conducting stock condition surveys, managing contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and statutory regulations. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for clients, process work requests, and provide technical advice to support the maintenance and improvement of designated assets.
