Project Manager

This role manages a variety of capital improvement and private development projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and industry practices. The position involves planning, coordinating, and inspecting construction projects, developing scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, and maintaining the Town's Capital Improvement Plan. The incumbent provides customer service, prepares council reports, and reviews permit applications for development proposals.
