Project Manager

The Project Manager leads owner-side capital improvements and renovation projects for multifamily communities, managing programs from initial scope and budgeting through construction, turnover, and closeout. This role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and property teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality while minimizing disruption to residents.
