This role supports the implementation of the PFK Strategic Plan by managing medium to large, collaborative, and complex projects focused on transforming outcomes of children through innovative disease management and achieving equity for health care services. The position oversees all aspects of assigned service line projects, ensuring they proceed as planned throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining scope, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves leading project phases, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and driving strategic analyses to track team progress toward defined goals.
