Project Manager

This position manages vertical construction projects and related grants for the City of Panama City Beach, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with standards. The role involves leading a team of professionals through the design, bidding, and construction phases while coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and consultants. As vertical projects decrease, the incumbent may transition to managing streets, stormwater, and other Public Works projects.
