Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and administering mid-range to small rail projects from design through construction for the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board (Caltrain). This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, construction, and closeout, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and safety standards. The position requires acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, and providing executive-level reporting on project status and risks.
