Project Manager

This position is responsible for the overall management and contractual direction of federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract documents, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and agency-specific requirements. The role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, execution, closeout, and warranty, while maintaining strict adherence to quality control standards, safety regulations, and approved budgets.
