Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This position is accountable for project safety, financial performance, scheduling, procurement, documentation, quality, client communication, and overall project execution. The role involves close collaboration with estimators, operations managers, field crews, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
