Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. This position will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing ground-up multifamily construction, including affordable housing, market-rate apartments, podium construction, wood-frame structures, concrete buildings, and mixed-use developments.
