Project Manager

The Project Manager coordinates and manages multiple concurrent projects across NYREACH, including the Social Care Network, Medicaid Recertification, and Workforce Development programs. This role maintains the master project plan, facilitates regular check-ins with team leads, and ensures all projects stay on schedule and meet key deliverables. The position serves as a central coordination point, providing leadership with accurate status updates and supporting cross-functional collaboration to address risks and blockers.
