The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital works, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects across the company's property portfolio. This role involves leading project planning, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management to ensure successful project outcomes. The position reports to the Senior Manager Refurbishment and Rejuvenation and plays a key role in enhancing assets and supporting sustainable communities.
