Project Manager

The Project Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of interior and exterior construction, renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance operations across assigned communities. This role ensures projects and ongoing maintenance programs are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager leads construction project management functions while also developing and overseeing preventative maintenance programs, service teams, and vendor relationships.
