Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while minimizing disruption to resort operations. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle from concept and design through procurement, construction, and handover, while maintaining regulatory compliance and property standards. The position requires strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a remote island resort environment.
