Project Manager

AFRY is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of energy sector projects in Ukraine, focusing on those financed by International Financial Institutions and donor organizations. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through procurement, implementation, and operational readiness, while serving as a key interface between local clients, funding institutions, and international experts. This position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.
