Project Manager

The Project Manager serves as the primary interface with customers, delivering a world-class experience to vessel owners and their representatives. This role involves managing superyacht or commercial vessel refit or repair projects by defining work scopes, scheduling labor, and coordinating with boatyard supervisors and subcontractors. The position also requires collaboration with the Contracts Department on change orders and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project completion.
