About this role

The Project Officer supports the implementation of STRIDES activities in Indonesia by coordinating subawards, procurement, partner management, and program operations. The role involves leading day-to-day monitoring of subcontracts, managing budgets and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with donor policies and organizational procedures. This position requires close collaboration with technical, finance, and compliance teams to facilitate program activities and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate subawards, subcontracts, and consultant agreements throughout the award lifecycle
Manage budgets, deliverables, and performance tracking for implementing partners
Facilitate procurement processes and maintain compliance-related documentation
Support planning, implementation, and monitoring of program activities in Indonesia
Liaise with government counterparts and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
