Project Preconstruction Manager – Commercial Construction

The Project Preconstruction Manager will lead preconstruction strategy, estimating coordination, cost planning, and client‑facing deliverables for complex commercial building projects in the Denver area. This senior‑level role oversees GMP and lump‑sum bid efforts, collaborates with operations, owners, and design teams, and guides projects from concept through final preconstruction deliverables. The position is on‑site and requires occasional travel to project sites and client meetings.
