Project Procurement & Subcontracts Manager

KBR is seeking a Project Procurement & Subcontracts Manager to lead and manage all project procurement and subcontract activities from planning through closeout. This role serves as the primary commercial interface among clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, risk mitigation, and effective change management. The position involves overseeing sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and supplier performance while driving cost, schedule, quality, and commercial success.
