About this role

The Project Quality Engineer drives quality planning activities for new process and product development, ensuring compliance with customer and Littelfuse requirements while supporting successful product launches into high-volume manufacturing. This on-site role in Kaunas reports directly to the Plant Quality Manager and focuses on leading quality engineering activities throughout all development phases. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead quality engineering activities throughout new product and process development stages
Ensure execution of critical quality planning deliverables including DFMEA and control plans
Support successful product introduction and seamless ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing
