Project Superintendent I

The Project Superintendent I is responsible for supervising all field operations for assigned projects and providing overall leadership for onsite field administration, supervision, and technical management of all construction activities. This role oversees assistants, foremen, subcontractors, field staff, and other construction-related personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The Project Superintendent I serves as a key leader on the project team and is responsible for driving project execution, maintaining client relationships, coordinating field resources, and ensuring company standards for safety, quality, and productivity are achieved.
