Project Superintendent / Senior Project Superintendent

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Project Superintendent or Senior Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality expectations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader who coordinates trade partners, drives accountability, and fosters a culture of safety and excellence on every project.
