About this role

The Project Superintendent provides on-site leadership for commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to required quality standards. The role coordinates field operations and subcontractors, collaborates with the project management and design teams to resolve field issues, and implements QA/QC and inspection processes. The position also involves mentoring junior field staff and contributing to hiring and development initiatives within a national mixed-use and multifamily development company.
