Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent serves as the on-site extension of the Owner/Developer for a massive $9B integrated resort and infrastructure development. Acting as the Owner's eyes and ears, this role validates the performance of the Construction Manager and trade contractors to ensure alignment with safety, logistics, quality, and schedule objectives. The incumbent coordinates site-wide logistics and safety strategies while serving as the primary liaison between the Owner, OCIP administration, and field teams.
