Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in active hospital environments, with a strong focus on true HCAI/OSHPD work including Emergency Rooms, Operating Rooms, imaging, and other highly regulated clinical spaces. The ideal candidate has direct experience managing construction inside occupied healthcare facilities and understands the precision, documentation, infection control, inspections, and coordination required when working around patients, hospital staff, medical equipment, and ongoing operations. This role will serve as the primary field leader, working closely with Project Managers, hospital facilities teams, architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements.
