Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent oversees one larger project or several smaller projects, managing subcontractors, scheduling materials and labor, and ensuring field safety and on-site operations. Serving as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders, this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction. The position involves coordinating closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive while maintaining a culture of safety and accountability on-site.
