Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent serves as the on-site extension of the Owner/Developer for a large-scale integrated resort development, providing continuous field presence and oversight. This role involves monitoring construction activities, validating the performance of the Construction Manager and trade contractors, and ensuring alignment with project safety, logistics, quality, and schedule objectives. The Superintendent acts as the primary liaison between the Owner, OCIP administration, and the CM's field teams.
