About this role

KBR is seeking a Project Support Officer to support the LAND 4140 Battle Management System program, one of the Australian Army's highest-priority capability projects. The role involves assisting the Integration Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager with project governance, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to ensure successful delivery of next-generation command and control capabilities. The position offers broad exposure across project management, risk management, and Defence capability delivery within a complex government environment.

Responsibilities

Support project leadership through preparation of presentations, reports, briefs, and executive submissions
Develop and maintain project schedules and track activities using MS Project
Assist with project governance activities including board and committee reporting
