Project Title

The AFAWA project, funded by the African Development Bank, seeks to empower women-led businesses and women employees in ETGs agribusiness supply chains through training, employability improvement, financial inclusion, and market linkages. This full-time role is based in Tanzania and Ghana, with project implementation across Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe from January 2026 to June 2028. The position reports to the Consortium Lead and requires strong financial management and multi-country project accounting skills.
