Project Worker

The Project Worker provides critical 24-hour short-term residential support to adults experiencing homelessness, assisting them in securing long-term housing through case management, advocacy, and care planning. The role involves building trusting relationships with service users, managing complex cases, and collaborating with internal and external service providers to ensure high-quality care. This full-time position requires working a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends, within a challenging but inclusive environment.
