About Aflatoun International

aflatoun.org

Aflatoun International is a global non-profit that provides social and financial education for children and young people, helping them understand their rights, manage money, develop entrepreneurship skills, and build social-emotional competence. It creates curricula, learning materials, teacher training and digital tools, and partners with schools, NGOs, governments and financial institutions to deliver programs worldwide. Through practical activities like youth savings groups and social enterprises, Aflatoun promotes financial capability, agency and resilience among marginalized children and youth. Their approach combines classroom learning with hands-on projects and advocacy to support inclusive development and long-term financial inclusion.
