This role involves identifying client needs and expectations for major projects, communicating them to relevant teams, and facilitating process improvements based on client feedback. The position requires coordinating project proposals, monitoring ongoing project status including budget and schedule, and ensuring contractual requirements are met. The selected candidate will also be responsible for reviewing invoices, training staff on client procedures, and managing projects from initial phases through final completion.
