Property Accounting Intern

The Property Accounting Intern reports to a Property Accounting Team Lead and works in the Cincinnati, OH office to support the monthly accounting close process and reporting cycle. The role involves assisting with various accounting duties, including reviewing rent charges, preparing utility accruals, and managing fixed asset records. Interns will also participate in special projects such as invoice reviews and common area maintenance reconciliations for over 300 properties.
