About this role

We are seeking a Property Administrator, Revenue Control to join the Finance team at a leading global real estate investor and developer. The role focuses on executing tenant billing, managing collections and cash application, and supporting revenue control activities within a complex real estate lease-to-cash model. Candidates will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of financial records and resolve billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

Execute monthly and annual recurring tenant billings
Perform daily cash application and deposit reconciliation
Monitor aging accounts and manage collection activities
Respond to tenant inquiries regarding rent and charges
Process refunds and adjustments for accounts receivable
